Instructions for Use

- Insert filters into nostrils, then it fastens on nasal septum
- From side view, the filter should maintain a slanted position in the nose
- The central connector of the filter is adjustable to ensure a secure fit and seal in your nasal passage
- If you find that this connector is too tight for comfort, you may gently pull both sides apart to stretch and loosen it

Caution

- Don't use when your nasal skin is irritated or if you are prone to frequent nosebleeds
- Washing the nasal screen with pure water every day is highly recommended for maximum service life
