Trouble-shooting If the keyboard didn't work you can try below trouble shooting solution: 1) Try to check with 2nd computers or 2nd USB port 2) Use another new battery in case keyboard is low power 3) Reset the pin : Install battery first ------Long pressing the button "connect" on back of keyboard and insert the USB receiver to the USB port------Scrolling the trackball till the cursor popped out. (long pressing "connect" button till the cursor popped out) If Keyboard errors. Type one character nonconforming output.( example: If you press letter U, but digital 4 out.) you can try below trouble shooting solution: Please press "NUM lock" button to switch. What's more, for multifunction key, you can switch it with "FN" button.
