Go Milo Soft Nipple Adapter
Designed to attach the reusable / disposable Soft Nipple to: 8 fl oz Enfamil / Nutramigen Ready To Use Formula

We compiled few notes and concerns from our customers for your information:
1. It's leaking!
- Attach FIRST the adapter to the soft-nipple, make sure it's hand tighten.
- Attach the adapter (with the soft nipple on) into the neck of the formula bottle. Make sure it formed a tight seal (no leak).

Common mistake is to attach the adapter first to the bottle, which will make it difficult for the soft nipple to be attached and sealed properly.

2. The soft-nipple gets compressed/deflates during suction.
This issue is more related to the soft-nipple itself, and the deflates problem (from the suction) is a common issue from Enfamil/Similac standard-flow nipple.
However, there are few options that you can do. If you replace the soft-nipple (just the latex, not the collar) with Dr. Brown's or using NUK Ready to Feed latex, they have the little hole/cut on the side, works as a 'breather" and help with this issue.

3. It will NOT work with DR. BROWN'S Collar!
Due to the different height of the collar by Dr. Brown's, our adapter will not form a seal with the latex, so it will leak out!
Go Milo Adapter only compatible with: Enfamil & Similac Disposable Nipple (also NUK ready-to-feed nipple). But like it's mentioned above, you can still use Dr. Brown's latex nipple, combined with the standard collar.
