If it didn't exist in 1850, it ain't in here. The entire philosophy behind all Miners Mix seasonings is taste the food, not the seasoning. Steak and Veggie is low salt, all natural, and contains no MSG, nor any other ingredient with more than 3 syllables. Use it with confidence on beef roast, steaks, pork chops, chicken, grilled mushrooms, or just about anything else on which you care to use it. Excellent for indoor cooking as well on hash brown potatoes, oven roasted herbed potatoes, and high temperature roasted veggies like zucchini and cauliflower. Simply put, this seasoning is great on everything.
