Operation Instructions:
1. Press the MEAT (ON/OFF) button to turn the thermometer on.
2. Press the MEAT button again to select the meat type. A red light will indicate which meat has been chosen. Please note the meat type must be selected first and then the taste level can be selected.
3. Press the TASTE button to select your tenderness. See the chart below for temperature needed to achieve desired tenderness. To select Fahrenheit or Celsius, press the °C/°F button on the back.
4. Insert the fork into the thickest/center part of the meat. The alarm beeps and the LCD flashes when the meat reach the designated tenderness.
5. After use, hold down the "Meat" button for 2 seconds to turn the device off.

Note:
1. Never submerge fork in water.
2. Never leave fork in meat while cooking.
3. Do not eat with this fork.
4. Always use standard AAA batteries.
5. The fork is very sharp, so please keep it out of reach of children.
