Instructions：
1. Please measure your wrist joint circumference and choose the appropriate size. (Note: if the gauze is tied, please measure after adding the gauze)
2. Release the bandage and place the product in the appropriate position on the wrist. Thread the hook & loop through the plastic ring buckle in corresponding positions, after the tension and then reverse adhesive positioning.
3. Don't make belt too tight or too loose. If it is too tight, it will affect blood running, which is not conducive to wound recovery, or if it is too loose, it can't be fixed.
