All Lavatools thermometers are tested for speed, accuracy, and durability to ensure quality. We use 18/8 food-grade stainless steel for our probes with 1.5 mm tapered tip to ensure a precise and minimal footprint. We also use high-quality impact-resistant polymers for long term durability.

Featuring a easy-to-press buttons, the PT09 allows you to hold temperatures or view the minimum or maximum temperature of a single measuring session. The PT09 can also toggle between °F/°C.
