It is no secret that cooking requires adhering to certain rules, such as product placement. The same cutting board cannot be used for cooking both poultry and fish and vegetables, or other types of meat. The easiest way to prevent this is to cook each kind of food on a separate cutting board. But, having 4 and more standard bulky and heavy cutting boards at home is rather uncomfortable. They need much place for storage, are difficult to wash and must be constantly put from one place to another.
Lightweight. You may easily take them with to the picnic.
Durable. Feel free to use them easily for cooking, unlike a standard cutting board.
There are several ways to store the cutting boards: they can be put in a cupboard or on a shelf, they are very thin and space-saving and can be rolled and put in a specific box in the cupboard.
Caution!
Do not store the boards near open flame or heat them over 80 C.
After use, clean the cutting board with a sponge and a mild detergent and wipe it dry.
