Run a little of your skirt through the rings to raise it up and keep your hem out of the mud & dust at outdoor events. It is great for cinching up a long skirt tight to the desired length. It is made of leather with steel O-rings to hold the skirt in place. These skirt hoop/hike/chaser will fit on any waist belt up to 3.5" wide.
