Dosage:
2g powder to be taken with water, twice daily.

External Use:
Please note that Amla Powder cannot color hair. It should not be used as a hair dye. To dye or color hair, henna is used.
As a Hair Pack, MB Herbals Amla Powder can be added with Henna, Bhringaraj, Brahmi, Neem, Jatamansi and Hibiscus Powder and applied on hair.

Storage Instructions:
