This Bagel Mix is Paleo, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free, GMO Free, Soy Free, Egg Free and formulated to make traditional style (boil and bake) bagels. You will not need special equipment or pans. You only need yeast, maple syrup or honey, water, and apple cider vinegar. It comes in sets of 2 packets, each one makes 6 bagels. Best eaten same or next day! This mix is *plain* meaning you can customize it to make whatever variety of bagels you like: Everything, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Raisin, and more.
