After Exercise:Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trimmer several times.Then rinse the cloth and wipe down again until there are soapy streaks left.Use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight.

DO NOT bleach.DO NOT use the washing machine dehydration,hot water washing is not available.
