Trebinase is an Extracellular Systemic Enzyme that combines the powerful fibrin reducing enzymes Serrapeptase, Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase, accompanied by Bromelain, Protease, Lipase and Organic Amla to create the world's most effective systemic enzyme blend.
