This is a handmade 2nd generation Echo Dot stand made from alder wood. Alder wood is a hardwood with few knots and a distinctive grain pattern. This item looks great with modern rustic decor in any home. There is a hole cut into the back that allows easy access to the audio and USB ports, and two holes on the bottom to allow for sound. The are four rubber feet on the bottom to give a slight elevation and help to keep it in place. The approximate size is 3.75"x2"x4" This item is handmade and each piece is unique. The wood may contain natural blemishes such as knots and/or irregular grain. These will not affect the durability of the product. I apply a dark wood stain on each piece to achieve the final color and let the item dry for 24 hours before boxing it up. There may still be the faint smell of the wood stain, this is not permanent and will go away shortly. Laser engraving and customization is available on orders of 50 items or more for an additional fee.
