Can I use the mat on my tiled or textured shower/bath?
Unfortunately, no. Our mats provide a strong hold only on smooth and non-textured surfaces. Tiled surfaces do not allow for the suction cups to properly adhere to your bath or shower surface.

How big is the mat?
Our bath mat is 35" x 16", providing you great coverage in the tub or shower. Plus, our bubble design will make any home bathroom feel like a spa!

I can put the mat in my washing machine?
Yes! Just throw your mat in the washing machine on cold with a gentle detergent (no bleach) and air dry. It's that easy to keep clean.

Why are there holes in the mat?
This feature allows water to easily pass through the mat. Without holes, water can easily pool on the mat making it slippery, and trap water underneath the mat causing mold. This special design also gives more flexibility for drains that are in atypical locations.

How safe is the mat?
We know how critical product safety is to our customers. Our mats are antibacterial, BPA-Free, Phthalate-Free, Latex-Free, and Non-Toxic.

My last bath mat turned yellow?
Do you have well water? Iron in well water can turn bath mats yellow. Otherwise, your mat should remain exactly like the color you purchased.
