Detailed operation is as follows:

Base:

First, Usage:
You first unscrew the circle cover, go inside the water or sand and other heavy objects, and then training tennis tied the rubber band on the base, you can hit the ball back and forth.

Second, the use of steps:
First find an empty, flat field; fill the base with water / sand / soil and place it directly on the ground;
Then tie the other end of that roped tennis ball to that trainer, then throw the tennis ball up and hit the tennis ball with a racquet.

Tip: Be careful not to bounce the ball back, do not hit yourself.
