Peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and has a high menthol content. Pure Peppermint essential oil is frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral hygiene. Uses * Create a refreshing and healthy mouth rinse by adding a drop of Peppermint oil and Lemon oil in water.
* Alleviate occasional stomach upset by taking one to two drops of Peppermint essential oil internally.
* Refresh your favorite smoothie by adding two to three drops of Peppermint essential oil.
* For a mid-day pick-me-up, place one drop each of Peppermint oil, Wild Orange oil and Frankincense oil in the palm of your hand and inhale deeply.
Directions
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
