Instructions for use:

1. For safety and comfortability, place your hand around the non-slip section of the plastic casing with a firm grip. Keep all fingers away from circular rolling blade.

2. While holding the handle place the blade on the cutting surface and hold food with opposite hand.

3. Slowly roll the blade back and forth over the food item until food is cut to the desired size.Â (For larger pieces of food we recommend you slowly feed the food into the blade instead of moving blade into the food.)

4. To chop food you will hold the brake trigger with your index finger and chop food with steel blade while blade is stopped. (Blade will move freely unless brake trigger is pulled.)
