The amount of Heddrite you need to take depends on a number of factors - your weight, your age, your gender, and of course how much you drink.

We suggest you start with three capsules before drinking and three when you are done - and adjust downwards from there. For best results, make sure you take Heddrite both at the beginning and at the end of your drinking session.

Heddrite was developed by a medical doctor and clinical pharmacologist with many peer reviewed papers who has been working on alcohol and its effects on the body for more than 30 years, both as a physician and as a Senior Investigator at the National Institutes of Health. He also wrote the book on treatment of alcohol withdrawal symptoms.

While we know it will make you feel much better in the morning, you should still avoid the things which should usually be avoided while drinking alcoholic beverages. Don't drink and drive and don't drink if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning on becoming pregnant.
