I and my team were involved from the beginning in planning, and manufacturing to maintain high standards that we would like our products to be identified with. We occasionally tested this flatware at various stages to ensure it meets high quality. This set comes packed in gift box, which makes great gifts, and the velvet bag included in the gift box provides for good care and storage. The knife and pie server are made from 18/10 stainless steel and the handles are made from high quality brass. The content of the material was finally tested in San Diego Metallurgical lab. The recommended cleaning method to preserve the shine is hand washing. Please clean with mild detergent and dry with soft, clean cloth.
