Cold Therapy Instructions
Cold compress is suitable for sports injuries, back ache, joint pain, fever, headaches, toothaches and minor burns, etc.
✓ Place the gel pack flat in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours, or store it in freezer for immediate use.
Hot Therapy Instructions
Hot compress is suitable for sprains, strains and stiffness, mild arthritis, menstrual cramps, muscle pain and spasms, etc.
Microwave Heating
✓ Place the gel pack in the microwave, recommended heating time according to the detailed instructions.
Hot Water Heating
✓ Immerse gel pack in the hot water for 7- 10 minutes.

Note:
Wear the compression wrap for 20-25 minutes. Never apply Hot /Cold therapy longer than 30 mins at one time.
