Ceylon cinnamon, known as "true" cinnamon, is the purest type of cinnamon. Most commercial cinnamon is of the Cassia variety, which is not as good of quality in flavor or nutritional benefit since it contains much higher coumarin levels. Ceylon cinnamon also has a more pleasant fragrance than the harsh, pungent Cassia cinnamon. Use our pure cinnamon in your recipes and taste the difference.
