Aluminum Double Angle Edge

This double angle enclosure extrusion fits your 1/4" material, and the aluminum trim is the easiest way to join 90 degree corner angles for all your road or flight cases. The multi-angle molding design also provides easier assembly and protection to your hardware, so the connectors offer longer product life in addition to higher quality kit. The metal bracket is made from reliable 6063 ultra-corrosive resistant architectural grade alloy, T5 temper, which delivers heavy duty reliability along with a paint ready mill finish.

Multi-Angle Trim Measurements:

The extruded metal rail is supplied in 6 foot cut lengths. The connector trim's outside exposed leg measures 1-1/8", while the 9/32" (.281") channel is more than enough room to accommodate your 1/4" plywood or ABS laminate. 9/32" channel width x 1-1/8" outside exposed leg (.281" channel X 1.125" exposed).
