If the tape does not stick it is possible the problem is not with the tape but the surfaces. The rugs/carpet might be treated by manufacturers with a surface coating for stain-resistance or water-proofing purpose and that makes the tape hard to stick or become loose over time. Image trying to stick to a Teflon coated surface and the tape will of course not stick! But so long as the tape does not work for your need, contact us for a full refund.
