Richard has everything a 30 year old man was supposed to want: A lovely wife, a great job and now his dream house at the end of Lombard street. Even his neighbors are nice, except for one, Miss Evelyn. Tall and thin and ten years older than Richard and his wife, she comes off as frosty and imposing.
