Dosage and usage

If you want to get the full goodness from a dried herb, you will have to add tea to it. To use, add 1-2 teaspoon (3-5g) of the herb to a cup of water and then boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sweetening agents such as honey or stevia leaf.
