2.The house kits are the furnitures and accessories which need to be DIY,Grinding, bonding, assembly, modelling, placement of it to build your own house.
3. You could build your house following the steps of the instruction with pictures.
4.Glue and batteries are not included in the package because they are not permitted to ship by Air Transportation. So please prepare it by yourself.
- -The kit need to be assembled by yourself! The assembly is suitable for people older than 14 years and need 10-15 hours.
- -Finished assembly product size: 7.8 x 5.9 x 6.5 inches, scale: 1:24, weight: 1.1 pounds with package. Package includes all the furnitures and accessories in the pictures, including the Dust Proof Cover and music box. And also including the toolkit, such as scissor, ruler, tweezer.
- -Important note: if any other questions such as steps of assembly or missing parts, please contact us for help. We will right here waiting for you to solve your problems. The instruction is in English. Each steps has been clearly showed in the instruction with pictures to guide you to assemble the house.
- -It's a perfect gift for birthday or festivals such as Christmasand Valentine's Day. You could do it by yourself to make the gift more meaningful!
- -Note: glue and batteries are not included in the package because they are not permitted to ship by Air Transportation. So please prepare it by yourself. You could choose Silicone Liquid Glue. It needs 2 pcs of AAA batteries.
