Natural Foot OrthoticsTM Orthotic Cushions are designed to be worn over our orthotic arch support insoles, but also work great with any other plantar fasciitis orthotic insert as well.

Directions For Use:

Step 1. Remove your existing shoe insole.
Step 2. Replace the old insole with the Natural Foot Orthotics Cushion.
Step 3. Insert your orthotic insole underneath the cushion.
Step 4. You may need to trim the cushion for a perfect fit.

And that's it!

Please note, some existing shoe insoles may have arch support built into them; this will work against an orthotic. The main reason to replace existing insoles with flat cushions is to enhance the performance of your orthotics, as they perform better on a flat surface.

Our 3/4 length 1/8" thick dress cushions are specifically designed for dress shoes, taking up less space in the shoe while providing additional comfort over the orthotics while providing extra space for the toes.
