Don't be fooled, this lightweight webbing is strong as an ox! Made with 100% polyester, this webbing is thinner and lighter than most webbings, yet boasts an amazing 4,000lb tensile strength. It has a weave that gives the webbing low stretch properties, low absorption rate, and high strength. The non-porous fiber makes this webbing an excellent choice for outdoor uses as well! Safety harnesses, bag straps, and tie-downs are just a few of the things that you can make with this commercial-grade webbing. Polyester is a strong and durable material for webbing. It is used to provide safety and resilience over other webbing materials. Polyester combines many of the benefits of both polypropylene and nylon without some of the negatives. ____Notes on Use: We recommend you use 2 Inch hardware with this commercial webbing. ( D-Rings, Buckle, Triglides etc. ) These hardware items are designed with a specific size of webbing in mind. Please note that some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll without splices, please let us know. Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We strongly recommend that you use no more than 50% of the tensile strength of any webbing.
