This massage foam roller really works! I use it to relieve soreness on my aging body after a round of golf and its deep muscle massage really helps. I use the various grid patterns of the roller on different parts of my body to relax tight muscles and relieve soreness, especially on my neck and back, from playing golf. I only had it for a few days, but it already became a must-have after a round.
