Hand Cut and Trimmed
Our steaks are hand cut and trimmed by old fashion butchers in small-town Nebraska. Aged 35 days minimum to make sure every steak is tender and full of flavor.

Signature Seasoning
We round the package out with a 5 oz bottle of our Signature Seasoning.
The seasoning that started it all for Nebraska Star Beef. This is a classic steak house flavor that is bright and vibrant. It adds a new dimension to all meats but is particularly good on steak.
