* Are the batteries replaceable? How to change the batteries?
♥ Yes, they can replaced, there is a micro sized screw on the back of the unit. You need a small screwdriver to open the back screws and change the included (3*AG13) batteries.
* Is this item reusable? How to activate the alarm?
♥ Yes it is. Just pull the pin to briefly hear the alarm, then reset the pin to stop the alarm.
* Does the pin come out very easily, for example would it be easy to accidentally pull this?
♥ Pin is not too easy to pull out, so don't need to worried about it going off unexpectedly. But when the pin is pulled, it makes a nice loud sound.
