The RE9 Advanced Regenerating Toner has its name from the 9 potent ingredients that have been used in the product range; algae extract, vitamin C, bio-hydria complex, vitaspheres, elhibin, stimu-tex, alpha lipoic acid, copper, peptide and alpha and beta hydroxyl acids. Combining these ingredients with botanical ingredients including pineapple and papaya enzymes, marine lavender extract, beech tree bud extracts and kudzu root extract claims to "help support collagen and elastin production, nurturing the skin, leaving it softer and hydrated".
