Easy Installation:
1.Have the under-strap threaded.
2.Hold spout cover face-down with belly toward the spout, so it's 90 degrees to the spout.
3.Move spout cover toward the spout to place the spout into cover's head.
4.Lower cover's tail down onto the spout and tighten the strap.

Notes: 
1.Please air the bath spout cover out before the first use.
2.Please clean it with brush regularly. It's also machine washable.
