Using the Cheats 'n Codes Disc to play imports Choose "Play Game Without Cheat Code" but don't press the button yet. Remove the Cheats 'n Codes disc from the Dreamcast. Next, insert the import game you wish to play and then press the button on the "Play Game Without Cheat Codes" option that you highlighted and the import will boot right up.
