Because you are able to turn on/off the T-Valve adapter at the water supply valve by using the attached lever, you can ensure your T-adapter is kept in the best possible condition and your intended set cannot be accidentally be turned by curious children. The tee valve lever also acts as a gauge to adjust the pressure of the water coming through the shut off t valve to a preferred setting. It does not need to be fully on to receive water through the valve. The installation process is a breeze and only takes a minute to add or replace your existing three way valve T-adapter. Measures 7/8" inch at the top location in which the cut off T-adapter connects to the bidet toilet tank. Measures 7/8" inch at the bottom location in which on and off T adapter connects to the flexible hose connector/water line. Measures 1/2" inch at the side location in which the 3-way T-adapter connects to the hose. Turn off lever on this adapter after each use, otherwise you risk weakening the components, or exposing your home to water damage.
