Installation is made easy with the included 1" screws for installation on vinyl fences. If you have a wooden gate, you will need wood screws (not included). These hinges have spring tension and are fully adjustable. Use the swing adjustment tool inside the series of small holes around the top of the hinge and place the stop inside the hole to hold it in place. There is also a bolt that can be tightened and loosened based on your desires. Both the post flange and gate flange are 3.5" x 3.25" x 1.5".
