Conjugated Linoleic Acid improves body shape and reduces fat.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a natural fatty acid found in safflower oil, which has been clinically shown to support healthy weight management.* In fact, research has shown that CLA improves body shape by helping to build lean muscle mass and reduce fat when combined with a healthy diet and exercise program.
