This is a brand new Engine Oil Dipstick for checking oil on Mercedes vehicles. It is a high quality tool made of metal with a hard plastic grip. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A TOOL, NOT A DIPSTICK THAT STAYS IN THE MOTOR WHILE DRIVING. ALSO, IT MAY NOT FIT ALL THE WAY INTO THE TUBE ON SOME OF THE MERCEDES MODELS. SIMPLY PUSH IT IN AS FAR AS IT GOES, REMOVE SLOWLY AND READ THE LEVEL. Many of the current Mercedes models do not come with an engine dipstick. This is the "special service" dipstick that dealerships use to check the engine oil level after doing a maintenance service. This is an essential tool if you plan to do your own oil changes, or just want to make sure the oil level is correct in your engine.
