The gel of this ice pack is optimized to gather more cold. The ice pack can only be cooled (not heated). To increase the length of the cooling, you can use 2 ice packs.

You can cool down this ice pack using a freezer (from 2 to 12 hours are needed).

Can be used in the Icinger Power cooling suits for fat loss (check the size as the are two kind of cooling suits).
