We call these tools the Dragon Claw and the Super Tongs, and each tool has two functions. Let's start with the Dragon Claw. This innovative tool looks like a regular grilling fork, except it has the added feature of an extra tyne pointed at 90-degrees to the side. Thus, you can use two regular tynes for jabbing and lifting heavy roasts, or you can use the sideways tyne for easily flipping steaks. This sideways tyne works like a pigtail-style flipper, allowing you to flip steaks with the flick of your wrist. Alternatively, this sharp sideways tyne can be used to move pieces of meat around till you find the ideal spot on the grill. Next, we have the Super Tongs. This unique tool combines the functionality of regular tongs with a spatula. Most grilling tool sets include both tongs and a spatula. The problem is that tongs aren't very good for flipping burger patties, and spatulas aren't very good at picking up sausages. This means that chefs have to keep switching back and forth between the two tools. We've solved this problem by combining both tools in a way that actually works. We kept the spatula light and small so that the functionality of the tongs is preserved, and we placed the tongs at a unique angle that allows the spatula to be used as a normal spatula would be.
