Questions:Why the camera doesn't work?
Answers：1.Pls install the battery correctly.2.The battery may run out.3.When the camera connect to the computer,it is doesn't work.
Questions: When i press the shutter,it doesn't work?
Answers: 1.Pls press the power switch before you use it.2.Pls wait until the flash lamp stopped,then use the camera to take photos. 3.The pictures you take is being transfered to the card,pls wait untill you listened the waring tone,then use it.
Questions:Why the flash doesn't work.
Answers: 1.The flash is set as unflash state,pls choose another state expect this one.2.If you want the flash light,pls set it as flashlight.
Questions:Why i can not charge the camera?
Answers: 1.Pls restart the camera.2.Pls ensure the camera and battery is in an dry environment.The battery will not work when in wet. 3.Make the battery warm before using,possibly the battery is too cold.
