★ For maximum thermal efficiency, preheat or prechill the food jar just prior to use. Fill with hot/cold tap water, attach lid, let stand 5 to 10 minutes and empty water. After filling the container with contents, replace lid and tighten.
★ Never use a microwave, conventional oven, or other heat source directly on this product.
★ Do not overfill. Leave some space for lid and stopper to avoid overflow. 80% fill is recommended.
★ Contents should not be left in jar for longer than 24 hours.
★ Hand wash only.
