Made from willow grown on the Coates farm in England. Charcoal sticks are ground into a fine powder creating a versatile form of drawing material. The dry powder can be applied with fingers or blending tools. Use a wet brush to create washes and fluid marks. Mix with paint to create a mixed media with unique qualities.
