Before first use, you must download the "DigiPlay" app from the App Store and update the adapter's firmware
First-use instructions: Step 1) Open the App Store and search for DigiPlay; Step 2) Download and install DigiPlay; Step 3) When installed, plug in the adapter and open DigiPlay; Step 4) Tap the cogwheel icon to access the Settings menu; Step 5) Click on the option to update firmware; Step 6) When the update is done, disconnect and then reconnect the adapter from your iPhone
If you receive a "Device not supported" error, make sure the adapter's firmware is updated and reinsert the adapter again
