Blems may include a crack, chip, small knot hole, etc. Blems will in no way change performance, flavor or cook experience. Cook food on or off the plank, as long as the plank is smoking inside the grill, you will get the same flavor. Cedar smoke adds a sweet and aromatic flavor to any food including seafood (especially salmon), vegetables, and also other meats. We encourage you to try our planks. You will NOT be disappointed!
