My husband is 6'about 170, usually wears tall and slim fit sizes. I got a Medium and we tightened up the back a little. It fit perfectly.
Use the size chart, ordered medium and fits perfect 5'7" 165lbs
Sizing: I'm 6' and 155lbs, and the small fits me absolutely perfectly.
I'm 6'2"185 and wear a 44 suit, the Medium would fit better. I got the large and had to tighten the adjuster strap more than half way.
I'm 6' tall and weight 195 lbs, average body size, I ordered a large size vest. Fit was great and had to adjust it from the back just a little bit for a snug fit
The vest is absolutely perfect. I'm 5'10" 210 lbs and the XL fit and length are ideal.
