Oxidation color for connect part is not necessary and much higher cost(Increase 30% cost than siliver type ) ,but we think to do this job will make it perfect .

Use PVC vacuum suction cup is enough,but can not pass our bump test. We insist to using POM material even increase the manufacture cost .

If spring and screw do not add any coated ,most of our clients maybe do not care about it . But we insist to nickle plated.

Size and function:

All similar type tell clients : Up to 2.6 inches of the thickness of spool. Is it ture ?When you put 2.6 inches(thickness) spool in similar line winder ,you could found the truth : no space to adjust the screw!
All other line winder is suit for Japan market and do not have any wholesalers know US market need bigger type .We enlarge the length to 6.5 inch , enlarge the height to 7 inch . The coolest thing is keep almost the same price .
