If it's not the quality problem caused return,customers need to pay the shipping,and please file your return request ASAP after you signed the parcel, more sooner, more better, thanks :) And you need to confirm the product condition is 100% new (no washed, no used,no ironed and fold them very well in the original Queen's House logo packaging as we sent you), and please keep the packaging include the completely 4 pieces bed sheets,the logo tags and the logo gifts.
