Serbia is placed in South East Europe. It is part of Western Balkan. Serbian cuisine is like the life Serbians live; life far away from fairytale, full of passion, insurgency, and truculence. When you taste this food you will feel love and care of all mothers and spouses, waiting for their sons, warriors, and knights. In every bite is thunder of horses. Every gulp of wine is enriched by tears and hot summer rain. Bread is marked by the calluses of a tired plowman. Once you try it, you will be trapped forever.
